Rosemary Roasted Butternut Squash
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 ea butternut squash, peeled and bite-size cubed
- 2 cl garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs rosemary, fine chop
- 2 T olive oil
Instructions
- Toss together the squash, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Season to taste.
- Roast at 400 degrees until the squash is caramelized and golden brown.
- Plate and serve.
